Short story. When Terry and I bought our first lot at 17 Hammock Beach Pkwy, it was through Bob. We were living in New Hampshire at the time. He introduced us to a local builder he knew and recommended. We eventually signed a contract with that builder to build our home in Florida while living in NH.
